Haybaji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

By using Haybaji (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions you agree to be bound by. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Haybaji. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.

Haybaji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you via email or through the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified Wagering Requirement must be completed.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of being issued.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• There may be restrictions on which games or categories can be played using bonus balance.
• Haybaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

All games on Haybaji are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops, your game result will be saved on our servers and will be visible once you reconnect.
• Any unusual winnings obtained by exploiting a game bug or software error may be voided.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final unless a clear technical error can be proven.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• You may request to close your account at any time — any outstanding balance will be returned to you.
• We reserve the right to close any account without notice in the event of a policy violation.
• A maintenance fee may be deducted monthly from accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
